This is a step by step tutorial on how to spin my famous art yarn mixing roving and curls without the use of a core. The tutorial is divided into 8 videos between 2 min to 16 min each.

This course is bilingual English French. Ce cours est bilingue anglais francais.
In this class I show you how to do the yarn in those photos. It does not includes the dyeing process. This yarn is a single spun with merino roving, tencel/superwashed roving and wool curls locks. It shows the technique how to join the transitions between differents fibres and spin the locks leaving the tail to show freely in the yarn and hold them together to form a yarn. I also show how to wash and set the twist to achieve a beautiful skein looking.
Also please note that I can add extra videos to this classes. If you need further explanations or that I show how to do something on another type of wheel I will gladly help you. Don’t hesitate to ask.
Dans ce cours je montre comment faire le fil que vous voyez sur ces photos. C’est un fil simple sans ame pour soutenir. Je porte l’accent sur comment faire de bonnes transitions entre les diffrentes fibres, la tresse de merino, la tresse de tencel/merino superwashed et les meches. Les longues meches sont files en laissant une partie libre pour creer de la texture. Je montre aussi comment fixer le twist a la fin pour avoir un bel echeveau.
