The magician shows the spectators three playing cards in his hand, two are black cards and the middle card is red. All they have to do is find the red card, but to make it really easy, he shows that he has put a hole in the middle of the red card!
He turns the cards face down and the spectator chooses the middle card. When the face down card is removed, unsurprisingly, it has a hole in it, the two cards left in the magician’s hand are shown to be the two black cards. The magician asks, So how confident are you that you have chosen the red card? The spectator answers “Very!”
They are then invited to put their finger through the middle of the card and show it to someone else. Only when the second person starts laughing will they turn the card around to see that their finger is making up the key component of a naked caricature!
