Every year I do a limited amount of felted hats. Every each of them is unique and had is own personality. It is adorned with a flower with free motion stitching. Merino, Some tencel, curls and lots of silk. It is on the thick side of felted hats.
This hat has lots of silk accents on top so it catches light. When in indirect light it appears a little bit more matte.
this hat will suit mediumlarge heads ~ it measures 23.5 and will fits heads with 22.5 to 23.5 head circumference.
model has 21.5 head circumference and the hat fits ok although its too big a little. The hat being quite large it would work anyway on a small size head like model.
I suggest to take the hat a little larger than your head circumference as it is not a knit. It stretches a little but never as a knit. I can stretch felted hats on demand to extend size from 1/2 .
for some hats I can add a band inside to make it smaller, the fee is 25$.
I can machine embroider your name on the brim for 10$.
