Newsboy hat measures 23.5 inside circumference. Made to be worn sitting on your head like a normal beret no pins necessary. Fits loose on model 20.5 head circumference.
Will fit medium large 21.5 to 23 heads.
I always recommend to pick a size 1/2 to 1 larger than your head circumference. Felt will stretch over time if at first it feels a little tight.
