my current production time is 1 month not including shipping
you have to ties to the final hat results: which means if you dont like the result we both move on. I sell the hat to my other clients. You have to option to ask me to make another with the changes you want, and I have the choice to take the commission or not.
the fee is not refundable and it is not a deposit to be subtracted from the final price.

hats are not refundable but I offer a store credit
i suggest you pick a size 1 larger than your head circumference. The measure should be taken above your ears and be at the level were your hat would sit.
